SAOP is pleased to be able to offer electronic progress reports containing weekly updates of quarter averages for academic grades and conduct. Grades are scheduled to be posted on Fridays at 4:00 pm. An Edline© generated email will be sent notifying you that a new report has been posted for your review. The progress reports will include grades accumulated through the prior Wednesday. NOTE - Grades in the first quarter are posted for 2nd-8th grade students. First grade does not receive grades until the second quarter.
Things to keep in mind:

Ø Middle school students may have grades posted which have not come home for parent signature due to make ups that need to be given to students who were absent. They will be sent home as soon as possible.
Ø Teachers who have been absent from school during the week may not have all grades entered.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ACCESSING STUDENT GRADES
1. From the school web page – www.staopcs.org, click on “Parent Access” and log on to Edline© as a parent.
2. Click on “My Classes & Shortcuts” on the left side of the screen, select “View (child’s name) classes & shortcuts”.
3. Under “My Content” on the left side of the screen select “Private Reports”.
4. Private reports will display on the computer screen. The report title is “Quarter 1 Summary”.
5. Click on “View” to access your child’s weekly progress report.
6. Repeat steps 2-5 for each student.
