- Each box top generates 10 cents, and our school gets a check twice a year for any box tops submitted. Last year we earned $1,471.30 through the Box Tops for Education program.
- Labels are counted on a point system, and at the end of the year we can trade in our points for items out of their catalog or bank the labels and use them toward a more expensive item the next year. We currently have 32,186 banked labels.
Quarterly Contests
We hold quarterly contests for box tops and labels. The first contest will end on October 23. The winning classroom will receive an ice cream party. Place your box tops and labels in an envelope or ziplock bag that is marked with your child’s name and classroom. This assures proper credit to the correct class total. If there is no way to identify the student or classroom, the points will go into the church/miscellaneous count. You do not have to wait until the contest deadline to make a submission. Any box tops and labels that are submitted between the start of school and October 23 will be counted toward the first quarter contest. Please remember to ask family, friends, and neighbors to save labels and box tops for you. You can find a list of eligible products on the school website under the heading of “Fundraising.”
