Spring Conferences
Dates: February 11-12, 2010
SPRING CONFERENCES-PROCEDURES
§ Spring conferences begin on Thursday afternoon, February 11th. Conferences will be held from 3:00-6:30. Conferences will continue on Friday, February 12th from 8:00 am through noon. Friday afternoon will be used for Staff Development.
§ Students need to attend the conference with their parent in order to be counted present for the day.
§ Scheduling of conferences is through a sign-up system. A table will be located in the lobby through January 29 for parents to stop by and sign-up for conference times.
§ Parents of fourth and fifth graders will need to sign up with homeroom teachers.
§ Parents of middle school students will have the opportunity to select which of their child’s teachers they would like to conference with. Teachers have a limited number of conference slots so please sign up early. In the time available, we have allowed for one conference per parent and student. You may choose to conference with a teacher that your child needs extra academic support from or your child’s advisor.
