Second Family Care Team
What do we do as Second Family Care Team?
Second Family reaches out to those who are elderly, ill or
physically
disabled and need just a little help to remain independent. Many of
our care
partners have no family members close by, and our volunteers help
meet such
basic needs as transportation to doctor appointments, the grocery
store or
to Mass.
We provide companionship for those who are lonely, and we offer
respite care for spouses or family members who need a little break
from
caring for their ill or disabled loved ones.
If you have a few extra hours a month, and a willingness to help
people,
then Second Family Care Team is right for you. We need you (and
your
family) to join our team and become a part of Second Family!
